La Masia Team of the Week: October 31 - November 1
02.11.26, 19:09 Updated 02.11.26, 19:12
Another weekend and some more great performance by La Masia youngsters. Agus Marcet helped the team secure three points for Cadet B and Roberto Tomas equalised for Juvenil A in their 1-1 draw against Real Zaragoza.
Meanwhile Cadet A were away participating in the Messi Cup, and unfortunately were not able to perform to the best of their ability as some of their teammates Lucas Bernal, Victor Barbany and Divine Ejiofor were with Spain U16 in the U15 World Cup, where Spain were crowned as World Champions going on unbeaten run in this newly established tournament.
Now it seems that even at youth level we are seeing more and more games being played.Infantil B destroyed Gimnastic Tarragona in a goalfest that ended in a 6-1 win, while Infantil A drew their game against Gimnastic Manresa 1-1.
