A thrilling weekend in La Masia saw hefty headers being scored at the youth level, which is unusual to find in FC Barcelona’s academy.
At least seven goals were netted from corners, including that which Landry Farre nodded away for Barça Atlètic. Overall it has been difficult to pick the best XI, as there have been a lot of incredible performances this week.
Joel Cabanes notched a goal and an assist, Destiny Ejiofor bagged a brace with one of the goals being an outstanding free-kick, Victor Santiago provided two assists coming from corners, Denzel Winter and Biel Ramos scored two goals each, and Josep Curto picked up an assist as well.
