La Masia Team of the Week: October 10-11
15.10.26, 18:02 Updated 15.10.26, 20:26
After bad weather hit Catalunya, several games across La Masia were postponed the weekend before last, which led to my La Masia Team of the Week returning only after the last one across October 10 and 11.
Nonetheless, we had an action packed weekend with several entertaining performances across the academy. Juvenil A went to a difficult away game at Racing Zaragoza, and managed to pick up a point after Nuhu Fofana scored an equalizing goal in the last minute from a very tricky free-kick that Michal Zuk managed to convert.
Meanwhile Juvenil B had a goalfest against UE Quart picking up a 7-0 win with new signing Erik Dominguez running the show from the right-wing. Other younger La Masia teams have also managed to beat their opponents to continue their league run. Let’s have a closer look at this week’s Team of the Week.
